Who's the biggest WT villian? Russell/Rutherford/Knorr/Franz?

Rutherford, by far, was tyrannical and corrupt.
Knorr is second because he was dictatorial and legislated disfellowshipping into existence.
Both of the above were personally unpleasant, awful creatures you wouldn't want to associate with.
Then Franz. Franz was an example of the banality of evil. In person, he was eccentric and had a good sense of humor. You could stand to hang out with him in a friendly way, as in the steamroom. He was pro marriage, in principle - unlike Knorr.
OTOH, he is responsible for the blood issue, I believe. Religion gives some people the power to overlook human suffering because 'God wills it' and that applies here. Franz could be very hardline behind the scenes.
Russell was probably a bit naughty in private but I think we should cut him some slack with that. He wasn't a thug/weasel lawyer/ tyrant like Rutherford.
