I have no doubt the WT will drop the whole two witness rule soon.
It simply is going to kill them if they dont get hard on molesters. I dont think they are stupid, and they will throw brothers under the bus right, left and centre to save the $ociety at large. They are not going to keep liabilities much longer.

I heard that No abuse policy letter was sent to Japanese elders from Japan branch last year.
Whereas all american elders received October 1, 2012 BOE letter.
Which means abuse policy is different country to country??
I remember October 1, 2012 BOE letter said "TO ALL BODY OF ELDERS".
I wonder "TO ALL BODY OF ELDERS" does not always mean "TO ALL BODY OF ELDERS WORLDWIDE".
Very confusing.
So maybe there will be some nu-light on the 2 witness rule? That would be very interesting. Of course the r&f will probably not be told, it will be kept to the Elders. This is all speculative right now. If it changes were made, then I agree with OZ. Like most businesses the WTBTS will make changes to save themselves and their ca$h flow, not because making a change is moral, ethical, or socially responsible.

This is just the "normal" one-day-Kingdom-Ministry-School for all elders worldwide, that started in some countries already a few months ago.
When invited to that school, the elders were just told to read the pedophilia-letter and the porno-letter in advance. So maybe thats why someone erroneously thought that the whole 9 hours would deal with those matters. By the way, pedophilia part was entitled "local needs", but I feel they should have rather called it "worldwide needs".
