VIDIOT- I know my source is reliable as I mentioned at the outset because this person is a close relative, very close relative of a GB member who is now deceased . That's all I'm going to say as I would always protect the privacy of this individual. To say more about identities would be irresponsible. Of course the allegations prompts more questions - what else could it do ? Unless you're James Bond or are a real life version of the T.V. program " Leverage " where you secretly go on the inside to totally uncover every single fact about illegal corporate cover ups - you aren't going to get EVERY detail unless you are able to form a clandestine operation to seek out this information. It's not like the WT Society is going to coooperate and disclose it , you know ? This is the real world. The age of cover ups and protecting financial assets by huge coprorates.

My source didn't give me " names, corroborations, and connections from other sources " due to wanting to protect his / her privacy from being intruded upon by the WT society. I'm sure you can understand that , as any of us would want to protect ourselves if a huge corporation came after us trying to protect their assets through possibly unscrupulous means. Ask yourself this : If an organization like the WT Society is conscientiously willing to hide suicides that occured at Bethel and even bury young Bethelites who committed suicide at hidden locations without telling their families- ( which did happen ) do you think they may be unethical enough to pull off a complete financially hidden scam ?

As to whether my post would fuel conspiracy theories - I really don't care. I know what I know from my source. I speak the truth and each person will have to make up their own mind as to whether they believe this possibility or not. I'm not the arbiter of people's minds. WE each have freedom of choice to believe whatever we want to believe. That is outside of my realm of responsibility and I won't be held accountable for it. My purpose in disclosing what I know is to make people AWARE of certain things they may have not considered and to give access to information ( as much as I know ) regarding the dishonesty of the WT organization. Going by the assumption this is correct, then I would assume this came about primarily after Ray Franz left? And perhaps since the change of the relationship of the Governing Body to the Society in 2000, perhaps most new members since that time might not even know?

I remember one GB member gave a talk at a circuit assembly and he mentioned how the Society would not allow him to fly on a plane without him being dressed in a suit. They wouldn’t even drive him to the airport. I thought to myself, “You are on the Governing Body? Aren’t you in charge?”

Surely for the common good, one of these people with their hands on proof could come forward. Or perhaps smuggle some documents onto Wikileaks. There has to be at least one potential whistleblower.

Isn't it ironic that we can suspect so much about the organization and the IRS be so clueless? They have forensic accountants that can dig up long trails laundering and financial murk. I guess we have to come up with another conspiracy where whoever controls the WTS has an inside person in the IRS to cover up their trail. C'mon!

While I know they're unethical enough to do anything, I'm not sure they're smart enough. Maybe if someone was using the religion as a front and not really caring what they do with some of the things that will strengthen the religion (stuff like doctrine, improving retention rates especially among born-ins, etc). But, I would find it difficult to believe that a group/person would be involved in the deep details.

I guess if I were using a religion as a front, the ultimate cover would be to have true believers appear to be in charge. Let them handle everything except the money. Nothing else matters anyway.

But, wouldn't that detail have come out with Franz? I would think if anyone would know, it would be the GB wouldn't it? Or is the theory that Ray was concerned for his life (if it's a criminal organization that the WTS is a front for) and was afraid to say anything?

I would think that to operate something this big as a front would be quite difficult. It doesn't seem probable that it could keep going this long and still remain hidden.

I do find the timing of the Brooklyn sales to be interesting since so many are being sold this year and for prices well below pre-crash prices. It looks like they have a cash crunch but I have a hard time believing that as well.

Who are the "they" that are not smart enough ? the G.B ? nobody doubts that those jackasses are inept. The point is that the WT has evolved, and yes , since 1981 when Ray was ousted.

That was a different world, over thirty years ago.

The power struggle was of a two fold kind, up front and almost public was the GB and its manouverings. Increasingly, because all GB members are not business men, lawyers, or indeed people of the real world, they have come to rely upon their expert advisors, business guys and lawyers etc.

The latter call the tune because the GB knows they cannot afford to stumble into major lawsuit territory, so the slightest change in doctrine or policy is run past the guys who really pull the strings.

These same guys control the off-shore accounts and funds, things which the GB know nothing about running, and even less about the extent of them, and the GB have been assured these funds will go "pop" without the expertise of the puppeteers.

I believe that when all is revealed (if ever) what Flipper has posted will be shown to be spot on, and my little summary above won't be far out, what else fits all the facts ?

I have always known that I read somewhere that the WT has a board of directors (like a company) and these are NOT the GB.

I have always had a gut feeling that these guys are continuously drawing a nice profit from a non-profit company!

The reports that multiple properties were sold to the hasidics at possibly bargain prices is a big red flag, imo. There must be business connections between the wt corp and those hasids' corps. Hasids are the sharpest busniess guys in the world, imo. They are basically a secret society, w their own lingo, and a strong us vss them mentality. I suspect that the wt corp is being used by them as a weapon against the original christianity, catholicism. Remember the wt's primary hate target is always the catholic church.

That's a theory, based on limited info.

If we've heard rumblings about alleged tax evasion, I guarantee you they have, too. Don't count them out; those guys can seriously f**k up your shit.
