Yuck, Hostess cakes don't have that wonderful taste they had when I was a child. Now I get a bitter aftertaste I just can't get over. Hm, I think I'll go check out 'Twinkie Deconstructed' again from the library. The ingredient list of all the crap that goes into a tiny Twinkie is amazing.

Love Most hostess products (twinkies, cupcakes, honeybun, fruit pies) What did them in was the carbs.

When I started doing the low carb thing and looked at the amout they had it was shocking!!!

A honeybun has 64 carbs. Some junk I liked I was able to justify cheating with a lil. For example a reece cup has 14 carbs So my simple mind would justify knocking off one of them every now and than. A honeybun?!? there is no justification for that.
