Sir I do not know you or claim too. I am writing in concern of your followers. This world is a funny place, and the people in it are even stranger. But everyone on this earth has a purpose. Everyone on this earth needs validation for their purpose in life. Some people get validation from their families and others get it from outside of their families.
There are some lost people out there that still haven't found this validation yet.They are very easy targets. What do I mean easy targets? Well kinda like a stray dog who is living in the streets without a warm place to sleep and not knowing where his next meal will come from. Someone picks up this dog and gives it a home, a place of comfort, feeds it, and plays with it. This dog has now found a home and will most likely be very loyal to its master. ANYONE could have picked up this dog a millionare or a very poor person living in a one bedroom apartment. The dog doesn't care because he was lost and now he has a home.
The reason I found it was neccesary to speak to you is that I feel you prey on these easy targets.Why else would you come to a board with so many that are still lost? Are you looking for followers for YOUR validation?
When strong minded people such as Larc(I hope you don't mind me mentioning you Bro Larc.) stand up to you and ask for proof, you don't reply or you say he is not sincere. Don't you mean....No way bud I am not telling you cuz you won't buy it!
This world is full of different personalities. Some people are leaders others are followers. Some people are kind others are hateful. Some are rich and others poor. But there is a place for everyone on this earth. And respect should be given to everyone, I feel.
The MAIN reason I am writing is I have a challenge for you....
PROVE IT! Prove to us you are not preying on the weak ones among us. Prove it by taking a shot at the ones who no longer need validation. Prove you have the WAY. I am not making fun of you I am serious.
If you feel you can't state your views here email me I have an open box, I will except from you. I trust you will not use it to harm my pc in anyway:) This thing is expensive:)

Well said Wendy! I agree with you totally. And just a side point. IMHO, this is not a place to try to get converts. This is a place to share ideas and heal. Maybe I am wrong.
But after being a JW and thinking that converting people was a way to save the world, I have a real problem with preaching with the object of changing people. I don't think this is any one persons responsibility. The responsibility for our belief system is our own.

I'm glad you ladies are doing this. I've had a run in or two with MDS. I bear that person no malice but I feel as you do, Wendy, that he/she says a lot of things without providing proof. I fear that some who are in a vulnerable stage might be unduly influenced by such pseudo-knowledge. It's no big trick to paint a picture from a few Scriptures, Lord knows most of us are well aware of this by now. I fear that some who lack experience may fall for the same trap that most of us here did with the WTBS.

To the Women:
I, being a woman, have tried to converse - slightly - with mds and his fellow believers. Very few one line comments, well, one to be exact - suggesting I go away. I wasn't interested anyway, so I followed his suggestion, not knowing he was dismissing me for being a woman. I would have just had to stay around and irritate him if I'd known that!
Another woman informed me that mds doesn't talk to women about doctrinal issues. Not worthy and/or not having sufficient intelligence and insight to be worth dealing with. Ahhhhh, the WTBTS all over again. A new saviour clothed in male superiority. He probably wouldn't mind us becoming his "large army" to sell his report, however.

If you were familiar with the name of the book, the "Report" and had a little background information on Isa. 53:1 and John 12:38, checking the footnotes in the Large Print NW Translation Reference Bible, on those scriptures ... you would know, we positively expect "Israel," JWs to fully reject the "Report," ... as the scriptures..."who has believed the thing heard [Report]...who?"
So then, we've actually known in advance for years that even after a 7-year presentation, of this message to JWs, still "Israel" will reject the "Report", as not being worthy of their time or perusal. When we started our mission, and it is the same today. We don't expect it, any more than Jesus expected the nation of Israel to fully, as a nation, accept the message given him from God.
Israel will reject the "Report." That's what the scriptures indicate. God's Word is always true. They must reject it.
Afterwhich, the true understanding of Matt. 24:14 and Mark 13:10, the "message," the "report," will go to 200 million "gentiles" of the nations...to prove that someone, is actually, much more worthy, in fulfillment of Matt. 21:43...the same way it happened when "Israel" rejected Jesus' message, and it was then taken to the uncircumcised among the nations.
So I don't expect an "army" of Jehovah's Witness women to respond...for the Word of God has revealed, they are just as stupid, faithless, and spiritually insensitive to the issues at hand, as are the present-day males among JWs...so no sexual/gender discrimination is necessary.

If you started your own website and provided this life-giving message for free to all of mankind - or even just to the "stupid, faithless, and spiritually insensitive" males and females of JW's" it would reach a much greater audience.
You could even have Ms. bjc2012 start a chat forum there. Much more efficient way to insult the stupid and coerce the depressed, don't you think? Jesus went to the people - and taught in the temples, market places, etc. Why do you bother with little forums? Take it worldwide.

As far as I can tell all MDS has done in his posts is to point the finger at all JWs, in or out, scripturally speaking. Now I would think that if he wanted to gain converts he would most certainly be nicer to everyone. As it is said, you catch more flies with honey that with vinegar.
If you consider yourself to be 'weak' spiritually, you don't believe that there is anything that you can do to correct this situation? James 1:5-7 gives the formula for correcting this problem.

Sad really, we have one collection of sincere men who give us new light in due course, and now someone wants to take their place with a different message, same attitude.
Im so glad Jehovah wrote in the Bible what to look out for and be forewarned.
