    Didn't see this posted already so I thought I would start a new topic. Three-page article about in vitro fertilization and what to do with frozen embryos. The way I read it is everything to do with IVF is a conscience matter unless it involves a 3rd party then it's considered porneia.

    There's also another QFR about illegal immigrants and whether they can sign a "marriage pledge" rather then getting a legal marriage. Short answer, no.

    My understanding was that either human eggs or sperm can be frozen for future use. Never heard of a fertilized embryo being frozen for future resusitation

    Reminds me of the incident years ago when my wife told me that a fellow elders wife was expecting her first child. When I saw him I put out my hand and shook it, saying , "I understand Mary is expecting. congratulations" He kind of looked embarrassed and mumbled, "..yeah...looks like she's got a maggot..."

    Glander, the process of freezing embryos is pretty standard, as I understand.
