Oh, forgot to mention I often post from an iOS device, so it seems like I'm always around (and that explains the screwy font size and formatting seen at times).
BUt if I EVER have a problem with insomnia, you can be assured that you'll be the first person I ask for sleep-aide tips!

For the record, I am a retired doctor, not in active practice. So no, that's NOT the reason patients are often kept waiting in the reception area to see their doc; he probably is NOT posting to JWN while you're waiting!
