If you are not DFd or DAd, then ask your dad why he thinks he has the right to set a higher standard of justice than does the Bible WTS? If they have not given "orders" to shun you, then who the hell does he think he is to override the GB and HS decision to let you remain "just" inactive? Inactives are "weak" and need the support of the Congo, NOT shunned.
If you are DFd or DAd, then you're just f&%ked. He's just doing what he is told by Almighty God G-B. Only if HE thinks THEY are wrong about it can he rationalize compromising on it.
