Dont let your kids watch violent movies or play violent games but leave them to sit and look at this garbage in my book of bible stories for 2 hours.
Personally those pictures para mentioned are all permanently stamped on my brain. I was emotionally affected by them as a kid and was hesitant to let my own kids look at these pictures. (but hey Jeh/GB knows best)
Another pic that comes to mind is the one of Jesus on the stake in terrible pain with nails in his hands with blood leaking out. Thats the one that my kids always opened up to as soon as they picked up the book.
