Well, yes, but the desire to have that material distributed would not be absolute. It would be a rare individual or organization that wouldn't mind their publications being uplifted in their entirety onto websites designed to criticize or ridicule their work. Besides, it is possible to still comment on their website articles by providing links to the website.
