Have to disagree w/you, N.Drew. I'm not saying everyone is evil (there are many kind, benevolent, loving people in the world) but the ones that are cause horrendous suffering. Many disordered characters, disadvantaged, angered individuals, etc., receive counseling/therapy thru school, family/social support systems, etc., and society's crime stats are down.

Churches offer help to many w/therapists onboard.

Mankind is evil today as it was yesterday or any period in the past. While there is much killing today and other nasties the facts are the reason the human population has grown is partly because of the much reduced number of wars, famines and earthquakes and other so called calamities people want to read in Mt 24. If the world was really that bad, mankind should be going to extinct.
