Yeah... I did not succed in avoiding the elders. They kept calling and calling and did not take no for an answer. Told me THEY decided what to do, threatning if I did not show up they would have a meeting without me, and that I could therefor not accuse them for any consequenses!!!!!
And this is an elder who let his daughters celebrate their classmates' birthdays over years. This came to my knowledge through a collegue who had kids in the same class. The same elder has been overly drunk, swearing and behaving not very elderlish at a party my x-husband attended. He was quit shocked.
So I met with them, lied, denied, and told them how bad it is to sympathize with former JW......gosh! And I left them happy. Of cours it had absolutely nothing to do with the CO had just visited......
They did their duty, and I prepare for next attack.
Take it slow for now with your daughters, it took time to believe in this mess
