Me hating my mother has nothing to do with her being a witness.
She has been cruel to me since my birth.
I have been suicidal for as long as I can remember.
Has never shown me any affection (she did once and I nearly fainted)
I could go on.
I never think about what she is up to unless she calls me.
I may follow the advice to not answer my phone!

Then do what is healthy for you mentally. If you feel terrible around these people, don't associated with them. Know however that they may contact you now and again and just prepare yourself for it.
Are you suicidal because of your family or because you've had it rough? I"m the suicidal because I"ve had a really really rough time.
