In my dream, I was thin like I use to be...weighing close to 110 lbs (before I started working out! now i'm 162 ) Anyway...i met this guy...he was an african american guy. I'm not sure why? But I don't think it matters, we were at a bar...and he said was 'successful.' Like he did what was really hard...and he was talking to another african american guy...(i'm not sure why i'm having dreams about african american people but...anyway)

Now...before I go any further... This dream, in my opinion had NOTHING what SO ever TO DO with RACE. Although these people were african american in race, it does not reflect in anyway the historical reference of what has occured to the african american culture in their history. these people were NOT, and I repeat NOT, slaves. So before anyone starts labeling me as a racist cause i had a dream about black men working in the 'field' ...i want you to know, i've had roommates who I really do care about that are african american. MY MENTOR is black. The people I work FOR ....are African American. These men were SUCCESSFUL MEN WHO HAPPENED TO BE BLACK in my dream. So please now that i've made this CLEAR...anyone making any accusastion in regards this and disrespecting the culture, infact is proving that they themselves see what THEY want to see because they are infact the very projection of what they see.

    Now.....moving on.

Anyway, he was sitting at the bar and he was wearing a very successful outfit. Like comfortable and successful. I was like a waitor or something there and he was speaking to the bar tender and came in and telling me how he had been 'plowing' the field and it finally paid off. I looked at his plow and it was immense...HUGE and weighed a good TON, very SOLID. It was very RAZOR like and fearsome. Just lifting it on one handle...so it's being held erect was a strenuous effort. But the guy was BUILT too. He was like pure muscle and it came with ease to him. And in my dream, i thought of how skinny I was, and how it would take HUGE GIANT effort to get it erect for me...and then to have a bull/cow pulling it, how i would only move an inch...before it fell to ONE side. And how i'd have to start AGAIN and PULL it back up, until it fell again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again. To the point where I was not going to be able to do it for YEARS, until I had built up some 'muscle' for it. But he did it...and he was strong....and buff. And i was skinny, and weak. I knew that it would require a great DEAL of strength to keep it errect until the movement of it kept it going. but again and again...it would fall and again and again, it would continue to do this. But, it was possible....it would just take .....thousands of times. And the despair would keep lingering, but i knew it was possible. But I also knew myself to know i'd probably give up trying, but it was possible. There was also this idea or something about 'not looking back' and how He (the buff black dude) didnt look back and had to keep looking straight to plow. ... And I woke up.

I think horses and ox's pulled ploughs but I guess an ox is a sort of cow! However, your dream of the plough means there will be 7 years of plenty, 7 years of hard work, 7 years of harvest. The man on the plough is the great shepard. You are the oxen pulling the plough and the great shepard was beating you to pull harder which means your life will be miserable even though there will be plenty. At the end of the seven years, you will die and be replaced by another publisher...because they have SOOOOO many to spare!!!!

Your vivid description is too easy. You wish you were young and thinner and that a successful well-built African American with a huge plow would let you hold erect his plow and that he would use it on your field. You imagine you are so thin and his "plow" is so immense that the act is difficult to accomplish, but you are willing to try over and over and over again until this buff African American can plow your field.

You are excited at the idea that it might take "thousands" of times fto manage successfully handling and using his immense tool.

That's clearly the meaning you wanted to lead us to.

Wheh, what a read that was. I am going to shower with my wife. It took many attempts for her to accomodate my tool. Is that normal?

um...i doubt either of those represent what my dream meant.

I took it to mean something along the lines of 'the work that You must do requires a great amount of strength and effort and you will fail and fail again and again until you have built up an immense muscle resistance to be able to pull/push/guide your own plough. And your plough can be just as strong and hard as the african american man who already has completed the journey to get things moving with ease. The key is to keep trying and not give up and don't look back.'

Your body and how strong it looks seems to be important to you, how you relate that to success I don't know. It certainly isn't an uncommon goal.
