  This whole second letter will be useful to understand their stance towards the discovery process.

  Should the latest version of the Child Custody Packet be entered into evidence, please let me know. I should like to get a copy, even if it means buying one from the court.

  Atlantis what is your issue or concern with how they handle the discovery process. It pretty much says to exercise the rights of themselves and the parishioner until they are legally obligated to do so. Just because a police officer or a lawyer wants information doesn't mean they are legally allowed to the information.
