Could a man with long hair and a scruffy face make it up to elder status?

Ive seen some A list actors with long hair and beards at award shows. They looked sexy, mature, and profesional.

Think a guy like that could make it?

Charisma does go a long way in your local congo among people you know. But you have to push the boundaries slowly and get them used to it. Then you have to shave it off when you're the visiting speaker at another congregation because otherwise you'll get dirty looks from people who don't know you and someone will call your PO complaining about your chops, soul patch and five o'clock shadow.

I'd mention the chin length bangs that you have to constantly brush back behind your ears (like DiCaprio in Titanic), but I'd be ashamed to say I ever actually tried that hairstyle in the late 90's.

From what i hear if a brother shaves his head they tell him to grow it in unless it is shaved because his hair is more or less gone

One brother years ago refused to remove his beard unless they gave him scriptural grounds and they couldnt....didn't charlie russell have a beard?

    no

That seems to imply you want to be an elder.

    Bored, or just trolling?
