My sig other thinks I can read minds or something! She doesn't want jewelry - just bought her a diamond ring for her B-day. She has a new laptop, perfume, clothing, etc... I have no idea what to get - she actually told me not to get anything... does it look like I have stupid written on my face :)
I want to get her something nice, I just don't know what women like, or what may be "hot" this year. Suggestions welcome!! Thanks!
Since she has everything maybe a spa day at a really nice day spa?

As for your lady, I suggest a vacuum cleaner, a new mixer, and some bakeware. You'll be a hit!
I was thinking the same thing, but when I got her a gift cert for a massage, accupuncture, spa, etc at a place she came home not too thrilled. This has turned into a challenge... I'm actually the opposite - I'm easy to please, and easily entertained... then again, I'm a man ;)

I do the vacuuming around the house, so I chose the cleaner ;) She has a mixer, bakers style, just got new pans from the HSN.

I see its a game... she is not big into games. Maybe age makes a difference - she is mid 40's.
Stop and think about the things that mean the most to her. Women enjoy thoughtful gifts. Does she like travel? Tickets to a show and promises of a meal at her favorite restaurant? Would she like gift certificates to her favorite salon or spa for a facial or pedicure and manicure? Is there a movie she loves that you could buy her something that is found in one of the scenes? Is she a music lover? Include a mix CD that you make yourself with her gift. From my lovely daughter Carrie-Anne, who is sitting right next to me: "Women want to be known. Get her a present that shows that you know her, the woman that she is." Carrie says your SO may be telling you not to buy her anything because she wants something meaninful and from the heart, not necessarily expensive. Don't buy cheap crap though.
Me? I want a trip to the upper peninsula or a hot air balloon ride.
What about tickets to some kind of show or event in the area? I like the spa idea. My husband did this once, I thought it was so cool
