There were two brothers, Ted and Neville. I think from the last I heard, one had died and the other had gone into retirement and was very sick. I feel sorry for them as they were completely devoted and so gave away all their money, as they felt God would provide for them on the circuit until Armageddon. At least with some CO's they have a nest egg prior to joining, so have something to fall back on in retirement.

Australian CO's have the advantage over American COs in that they're still entitled to receiving a pension at 64, even though they haven't been part of the paid workforce for decades.
But it must suck to have given your whole life to an organisation, based on a prophecy that never comes true, and have nothing to show for it.
