I think it is very cruel to announce class action law suits. The WTBTS is well lawyered up. Class actions are a mere fragment of what they were. Huge categories can no longer be certified as a class. The Democrats have not put many justices on the Supreme Court. The First Amendment is a bar against almost all suits against the WTS. Someone who is new to the forum might believe there is a chance. If you can't discuss Johnny the Bethelite by now, you don't have the discipline to start any law suits. People could trust you and reveal personal information to their detriment. I am certain that you are aware that legal advice cannot be given by a nonlawyer. I see legal advice.

Fundamentally, I do not understand you. It is wise to keep expectations low so people will be so happy with what you deliver.

Band on the run, you got that right! We all know that Kool Aid Man is NOT credible at all. If he was involved with lawsuits against the WTBTS, they will question his credibility. He will lose for sure.

I listened to the show when it hosted "Greg Stafford.", started out chaotic, did smooth out, the end was a mess. There were three people talking at once on the phone line, poor Greg is trying to talk to three people at once. Unorganized toward the end, buzzing noises and some old guy snorring (The Shows Engineer?) and three people freaking out on Greg. Shock on the Net, is losing it's value, the cardinal rule of keeping an audience is:

    1. Under Promise and Over deliver!

    2. Make sure your guest is not bombarded by more than one whack job at a time.

    3. Your guest needs to be able to deal with questions, not get flustered, the way Greg did not get flustered, but remained calm with rational answers to some strange guests.

The Class Action Lawsuit Advertisement, not cool at all, the SOL has expired for Johnny in most states. The Penn State might change things in the future for kids now, but probaly not for victims of fifteen or twenty years ago.

Class actions are a mere fragment of what they were. Huge categories can no longer be certified as a class

The primary reason that class actions are and have always been an extremely unlikely tool against the WTBTS is that class certification requires, among other things, that the monetary amount of the damages sustained by each member of the class must be identical, and the nature of the harm suffered by each member of the class must be the same as well.

This thread is absolute BS. There is nothing new on the legal frontier, folks, notwithstanding the foolhardy and entirely unsupported claims to the contrary.

What does the "Six Screens" mean, just incomplete viewpoints from the WTS? What does the Six screens mean?

It would be extremely encouraging and overwhelmingly helpful if the "Apostates of The Watchtower" would be more positive.

When one thinks they cannot do something ..... Nothing ever gets done!

Many who take the liberty to unjustly criticise and ridicule have not listened in and experienced the unique and original format that The Six Screens Conference Call offers.

Our pre program opens about a half hour before our main program, this allows the callers to come on and get settled and ready for the main program. In the pre program you will hear former Witnesses as well as active witnesses conversing and greeting new ones.

The main program is when guests are interviewed and we get into a myriad of discussions revolving around "The World of The Watchtower".

The program lasts from 8 to 12 hours as we transcend the time zones....... People call in from all over the world and share how they have been "touched by the tentacles of The Watchtower"

Enjoy a radical departure, cross the threshold and take a giant step in bringing a positive force to hurting Jehovah's Witnesses.

Enjoy an unexpected pleasure.... Listen in to the Nov. 19, 2011 Call.

I guess it's our fault we can't see Rick's brilliance. We all need to be like the Watchtower's "Selma" and "adjust our thinking" to be "more positive."
