Calling all "Mentally Diseased" Apostates!!

    lol!

Next Sunday is the WT discussion of the infamous July 15th study article "Will You Heed Jehovah's Clear Warnings?". I am pretty curious to see how the congregation comments on the material. I also think that it is an excellent time for apostates to go to the meeting and make some comments. After all, the article says that apostates twist scriptures & tell false and fanciful stories; however they never share an example of the lies we tell! Then they go on to boast about how they (the Society) have taught the JWs so much! Never mind that all people need do is read the Bible for themselves, and pray for understanding and holy spirit. Also, so much they have "taught" has been a bunch of half truths if not outright deceptions.

I am thinking quite seriously about going to a congregation in my area, dressed appropriately, and attempting to comment. If I do this I will make at least an audio recording of whatever drama might ensue. My plan is to be respectful and peaceful, although I can't promise that I will not speak out without the benefit of a microphone, if it happens to be taken away from me before I finish my thought.

I think this is the time to make a move since this article is just a primer for 2 articles later where they completely turn our JW family against us with the reinforcement of the shunning.

    Who is with me?

We'd have to travel a bit to find a congregation that doesn't know us. I know my mum will react badly to this article and I can expect the hard line for a bit. Stupid damaging cult.

I think it's a great idea, but I get physically ill just reading the articles. I would probably commence to projectile vomiting if ever I darkened the doorstep of a kh. You ought to get in touch with Graham Huff on Facebook. He loves this kind of stuff. If you're not already friends with him, I'll recommend you to him.

LOL @ Mentally Diseased. Those guys come up with the craziest stuff.

The watchtower says the darnest things! Ha Ha!

Let me know how everything goes.

I love this idea! I wonder if someone could write up a few perfect comments and then as many of us as possible could attend the meeting and make the comment?

Anyone have the WT and want to write something 'official' up?

    That would be awesome!

They're reverting to Fred Franz-esque "Great Apostasy"-era ad hominems again. I believe the very term "mentally diseased" was quoted by Ray in COC. So sad. The desperation is becoming increasingly palpable.

The WT has also implied that the "anointed" are possible, if not likely, candidates for mental illness as well. Do the two go hand-in-hand? If so, doesn't that imply that the entire GB could potentially be mentally diseased apostates as well?

If the WT starts to put increasing pressure on Dubs in good standing to avoid all contact with us, I say bring it on. Seriously, let them shun us poor souls who have suffered from genuine mental illness (which in many cases was either exacerbated or even caused by the Org in the first place). Enough huffing and puffing from The Big Bad GB. I've been preparing my heart, mind, and soul for this sort of thing for a long time. Maybe it will finally wake up our friends and family on the inside to how nasty, cold, heartless, and flat-out unchristian this organization can truly be.

I believe there was a certain National Socialist Party leader who also wanted to cut off the "mentally diseased" as well as... wait a minute... GASP! Jehovah's Witnesses!
