Today I uploaded a new article to my blog providing the latest information about Judah Schroeder, former Bethelite and son of Governing Body member Albert Schroeder (deceased). Judah Schroeder grew up at Bethel. His history related Jehovah’s Witnesses and the Watchtower organization is unique. I believe he still helps out his dad-in-law's company which leases cars to Watchtower traveling overseers and other Watchtower connected VIPs

Nepotism is alive and well in WT Land.

No doubt, he was the best qualified for that PR post and it had nothing to do with being son of a GB member or son-in-law of a mega-wealthy JW.

From 1968 to 1974 Judah lived in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where his father taught Kingdom Ministry School for elders at Watchtower’s 4100 Bigelow Boulevard property.

I went to this hall. My family was close friends with the Schroeders, i was 4 yrs old when they left. The last i heard he was an attorney for the WBTS. My brother was told by Judah's mother Charlotte, that the WBTS payed for Judah's law degree. This was about 5 or 6 yrs ago.

By the way that kingdom hall on Bigelow Blvd. is now an Islamic Center.

Startingover, I think you mean page 13. Anyway, this all sounds super "worldly" to me! Both of them have graduate degrees, both of them work, and they attend functions like class reunions. WTF? Yet college is compared to drugs, alcohol and immorality in the ragazines? Young jws are encouraged to skip the prom? I wonder why Judah and Amber aren't out washing windows and cleaning houses, so they can pioneer. Hypocritical assholes!!!!!!!

I see also Amber was very active in extracurricular high school activities as a representative in Student Council and a couple of other activities. Both having gone to college and even Judah graduating with a Masters (which is at least 6 years of college). Now he is in Europe working with Human Rights organizations. Sounds like a very typical JW, huh?

Thanks for the info on the Hall in Pittsburgh. I was in Pittsburgh recently and have relatives in the Schenley Farms arera. Took evening strolls past the old Kingdom Hall/Muslum Center, great old Historic Homes..

So if they move to Brussels is Judah going to do humanitarian work with the Watchtower or some other worldy organization? Perhaps NATO?

Thanks for the correction. I notice Judah has a facebook page too that lists him as a lawyer. Makes me wonder why she went back to school at the age she did. Wonder where the money came from for that, I doubt it was cheap to go to Columbia.

To be honest, I think it's great these two seem to be a bit rebellious from what you would expect for someone in their position. What does bother me though is the WT's involvement, which I am sure exists.
