Well from 1st September 2011 anyway!
The magazine distribution that has been running in the U.S. where publishers do not have personal magazine orders but collect from a common pile at the back of the KH is to be introduced here. In view of the success of the system over the past year it will be introduced to the U.K. as announced this week.
The idea behind the new arrangement is 'to prevent wastage'.

MM You challenges for the month is............
MICKEY MOUSE - the thought of scooping up the whole table of mags has crossed my mind more than once. We could throw the whole lot on Flipper's Lake Tahoe Apostafest campfire and make S'mores!

I hope that wastes even more of the rags. Take huge excesses of them and waste them. Do NOT donate anything of value for them. Then report them on your fake time slip as fake placements, and they will have to continue supplying huge quantities of rags at their expense. And when hyperinflation strikes, hopefully their costs will go to the moon while they continue receiving zero donations.

What a loving 'arrangement' we had deleting a meeting for family indoctrination night! Wasn't that so that in these 'last days' of fuel increases the 'flock' wouldn't suffer. Oh, Governing body, how loving!
So now some poor wannabe over-sneer will waste his OWN time and petrol/diesel picking up litter-trash propaganda. Well, that's OK cuz he's gotta do more or Jar Hoover will lovingly kill him....SOON (subject to overlapping).
