I found out when I was in the 10-15 age range that men who have strokes etc in their 50-60 often display this kind of behavior. Thank goodness their are laws now to protect children. I would like to say the Congo is relentless in getting rid of these guys but they aren't . They will go after them if they aren't well liked as an elder and all that. Otherwise often the good ole boys club swings into full force to protect their friends.
