If raptures really did happen, the fetus wouldn't be a problem. It would simply be a little spirit floating at the side of it's mother (spirit).

'Course, in the wt earthly resurrection, even jehovah doesn't know for sure what to do w a fetus. Does he recreate it as a baby for the mother to take care of? Does he resurrect the mother and recreate the fetus inside her? Or, does he simply flush it from his memory banks? Decisions, decisions.
