I like everything Leonard Cohen has ever written or sung. He is just that amazing. Here is his tribute to Janis Joplin(another of my favorites singers). This was done many years ago, as Leonard is about 77 now. He is just a class act. The song is sad b/c love for musicians( he says) was stolen moments in hotels.

I recall Guy Clark from the 70's. One of his saddest songs was called "brokenhearted people" and I'm putting up the lyrics but I can't find him singing it. All i can find are amateur covers and no one does this song like him.
