    Sizmik;

    I never let them get away with responses like that easily and that's why they know so little about their history and we do , how offended would their god Jerkobah be if an organization claiming to be his chosen group on Earth aligned them self with this Wild Beast and Great Harlot written about in the book of Revelation, and how strong would be the attack on other religious groups who also had involved themselves with such organizations? surely Jerkhobah would have withdrawn his selection of this group the second they joined the UN and condemned them to death! The R&F always speak about us bringing up their past well it's for a good reason and will not stop.

    I mentioned I had been doing a lot of research on the JW CD Rom. She asked how I obtained that as it was only available for JWs and otherwise illegal to obtain.

    They get the strangest ideas. That is not true. "Illegal" Ha Ha.

    On "mediator" and other stuff- It's wonderful how long-time JW's think they know their own doctrine, but they don't. And I love when the standard answer is "[I] have to do some research on it." That means, they have to see what WTS actually says, so they can agree with it.

    Oh really? When did it become illegal to obtain spiritual food?

    She started explaining how only JWs did the door to door work and she got really defensive when I discussed issues about that. She told me how effective it was and I explained how she was using the wrong word to describe it.

    Effective? Try this. take the number of hours of preaching for a year, and divide by the number of baptisms. You will find that it varies from one place to another, but it usually takes about 4-6 thousand hours of preaching to get one person baptised. Am I to beleive this is efective?

    I mentioned about the number of times Armageddon had been predicted, of course she explained 1975 as being interpretations of some JWs only and it was a weeding out time.

    That's strange. I keep reading many times in the literature how one of the proof that the society is God's organization is the unity, that everyone believes the same thing. Now you are telling me that some JWs believe one thing, while others believe different. Which is it, JWs have unity or only some JWs believed that? It can't be that both are true. Please explain.

    I know how to talk to them too. It is good to get them sputtering and reaching for an absurd explanation as their cult personality short circuits for a moment. If enough householders did this in a friendly, non confrontational way, I am sure the religion would either dry up, or the GB would get new light and ban the door to door work.

    "You received free, give free" is only even close to true now because of the tax laws. How long were they selling the stuff? They copyright everything;even the invitations they'll use one time. These people are paranoid. You really want to see them go nuts? Next time you're in the back room being grilled by the losers in cheap suits, tell them when they're in violation of the "Flock" book. Some of them will come completely unhinged if they know you have their book.
