in daniel 12:2 it says that in the resurrection there will be a resurrection of the just and the unjust...so those who are resurrected will not be "free of sin and final judgement, will be incorruptible" as you have said...logically, those who are wise would have to choose Jesus Christ. why?...because there is no wisdom in the grave and they wouldn't have chosen Him yet...those who die in Christ are present with Him in heaven. so if they don't NEED a resurrection of the flesh body, they are not with the "MANY" spoken of in daniel. (also note that in the great white throne judgement the places mentioned that give up the dead are earthly)...(those in Christ are in heaven and already judged according to His righteousness at the time of their death)...I think when paul said that he hoped for "the better resurrection", he was hoping for the exact thing that he spoke of..."to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord"
