I read some postings here earlier where some were saying they had never heard of meetings staring at 7pm. I may have misunderstood.
Were/are there different start times elsewhere?
Our times in UK were
Tuesday 7pm-8pm Group Study
Thursday 7pm -9pm Kingdom Ministry School and Service Meeting
Sunday 10am -12pm Public Talk and Watchtower Study
When two congregations shared a hall then the Tuesday and Thursday would swap and the Sunday would be 2pm - 4pm
Those were the times when I attended.

LOL OCD........I'm too paranoid to post my meeting times on here.
In California
Meetings were at 7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Sunday is varied cause several congs. used the same hall and the time would rotate yearly.
I cannot say this with much current authority, as I have not gone to a meeting in over 5 years.
I should specify:
Book study: 7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Theocratic school and etc, : 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
WEDNESDAYS & FRIDAYS - THEOCRAPTIC MINISTRY SCHOOL/SERVICE MEETING - 7:00P - 9:00P
MONDAY BOOKSTUDY - 7:00P
SUNDAY MORNING - PUBLIC TALK/WATCHTOWER - 9:30A - 12:30P - 3:30P - CHANGED EACH YEAR.

My meeting times were:
BookStudy Tuesday @ 7:30p
TMS & Service Meeting Thursday @ 7:30p
Public Talk & WT Study Sunday @ 9:30am / 10:00am / 1:00pm / 1:30pm / 4:00pm
Meeting for Service Mon-Fri 9:00am Sat/Sun 9:30am (or after the WT Study if morning)
HATED the Late Sunday meetings the most.
Sun 10am was when we were the only cong using the hall. 4pm was when there were 3 halls sharing.
I attended in NewJersey, Pennsylvania, and California.
Our bookstudy was usually at the discretion of the conductor. Most of the time it was 7:30, but there were a couple of times when the regular start time was changed to 7:00
Thursday night was 7:30
Sunday was 9:30
Our evening meetings started at 7. Sunday 10:00am or 13:45pm depending on whether it was morning or afternoon.
