I was into it a bit in the 90s, not really hardcore industrial tho.

NIN, Ministry, Front Line Assembly, Machines of Loving Grace, Death Angel, Rob Zombie and his early work in White Zombie, a few others

I wouldn't class them as such but Tool has been and is a fav.

Sure, but I don't know a lot of industrial heavy metal bands besides this Chinese band: AK-47, they're on youtube.

Lately, I've been listening to a lot of Amon Amarth and they're amazing.

Thanks for this thread; it's given me a lot more to try.

I was just into classics because pop was so boring, then my son took to leaving cds in the car and I got hooked on NIN and Rammstein.

    Great!

Y'all think Rammstein is old school? I like Rammstein as much as anyone else but they're more on the regular side of the Heavy Metal scale. I'm surprised that nobody has even thought to mention the old greats like KMFDM or Laibach, KMFDM practically being the fathers of the Industrial genre in the first place. These guys go as far back as the 80's, where it all really began...

I like some - Manson and Ramstein are very good.

Unfortunately that noise that sinis posted lacked musicality.
