You are one wise cookie for not getting baptized.
I'm 3rd gen, never dunked, didn't like subjugation, going beyond scripture, flip-flops and of course, the blood policy which were all revealed to me during my teens. Made my plans for life, moved away from home after high school to attend College, and get real busy with life. Luckily my parents didn't dedicate themselves until after all of us kids grew up and moved out. Not sure why... Dad wasn't much into it back then and I think the time committment they demand was too much as part of the reason.
Now I'm 47, I DID have to go to high school, I DID have to have a career, and I AM growing old. So much for the promises from the WT$.
