Are there laws preventing them walking around with 'Repent, The End is Nigh Placard Boards or is it a practise that they just prefer not to do now ?
Any ideas ?? Im sure glad I didnt have to wear one !

I suspect they stopped when there was more money coming in from door to door work. I wouldn't be surprised if they revived such a thing.

My family cringes when they tell stories about having to wear those placards. We were grateful we didn't have to do that while out in field circus.
