Everybody dies, sooner or later. I've seen healthy eaters die young and grease eaters die in their 80s. I don't go by the numbers. I go by how I feel. If I die early, what can I say? It's been a blast.

My daughter is allergic to peanuts I haven't had peanut butter in years. I am so jealous all my favorite things have peanuts in.

So what was so good about it? How about some details? I love peanut butter so it is always good to me. I prefer the just peanuts and salt kind you have to refrigerate once opened.
Why are some talking as if peanut butter is junk food? It is probably one of the best things you can eat except for the fat content. Don't let the naysayer deter from your peanut butter bliss. They probably got their information from the Awake magazine.
