From the GB on down through the ranks to elders in the congregations - the main important thing to them is " protecting the organization's name " - not protecting children.
Can you imagine the liability the WT society would have if a known JW child molester raped a child or minor while out in the field service ? What if he gets a return visit on a young person ? Who will keep him from calling alone on a prospective victim ? It's something elders AND the GB should consider - but they won't. They continue to stick their heads in the sand or put their fingers in their ears and don't want to be confused by the facts. It will be their undoing someday.
