What kind of spreads do you like to put on the bagels?

    I don't really eat bagels, dear ASO (peace to you!)... but I am currently having a "love affair" with Presidente brand brie (the double-creamed). On various types of crackers. Very inexpensive, but... oh... my... gawd...

    tuna salad on top of chopped vegetable cream cheese--wheat bagel toasted and lightly buttered

    I don't eat them either, but I do toast Ezekiel bread and put plain cream cheese on it. Veggie would be good too. The carbs in bagels turn me off, so the Ezekiel bread is great.

    Pagan Pumpkin cream cheese. Only during October. Any other time it wouldn't be pagan.
