Bailey's a doll, Coffee! Thanks for sharing her radiance with us.

Good morning, Syl! Still hot, eh? Maybe you need to get outta the kitchen?!?!?

    Afternoon, Coco.

I AM getting out of the kitchen - literally and figuratively.

Yesterday, I cooked a mean mess of collards.

Those blisters I have for g-children merely sniffed at them.

    Ingrates!

    LOL.

I love collards, Syl, but hate paying 2 bucks a bunch! Mustard, Kale, Swiss Chard, Bok Choy - love 'em all!

    Thanks!

Those blisters'll have ingrates of their own one day ... don't we know!

    I love them, too.

    And turnips, cabbage, and radishes.

In fact, I love all things veggie.

LOL at the idea of those blisters having kids of their own.

    Karma bites, doesn't it?

Coffee, I loved your pictures. We too stayed at an old farmhouse like that. Almost identical. Except ours wasn't as fancy on the inside..we had to sleep on cots and lay newspapers on them to keep the cold from coming up through the canvas..didn't work.

Ours was my Aunt and Uncles old farm. They inherited a much nicer one later. It actually had fancy indoor plumbing.

I would love to live where you do.

    Snoozy..in the midwest.

ps..wasn't it winter just a few months ago?
