I am looking for the Pioneer School Manual, Shining As Illuminators in The World, from 2004.
Does somebody have this updated version from 2004 as PDF, the old threads concerning the matter is no longer active?

FOREWORD
"Shining as Illuminators in the World" outlines a course
of study for the Pioneer Service School. The school course
is made up of 20 three-hour units. Three of those units allow
for actual field service activity. Thus, you can put into
practice the material you consider during class sessions. One
extra subject is provided for use in classroom discussion if
needed, as explained in Unit 1 (a).By taking full advantage of this training and then by applying
what you learn, you will become more effective in all
aspects of the field ministry. You will be encouraged to continue
making disciples who will be able to stand fast in the
truth. As new situations arise in your life, you will be more
aware of the Bible principles involved, and you will be better
equipped to apply them. More important, this school
will help you strengthen your relationship with our Grand
Instructor, Jehovah God, and with the Head of the congregation,
Christ Jesus.-Isa. 30:20; Eph. 4:15. -

There will be a public link and hopefully a unit discussion (some units are more interesting then others).
The book has a lot of value in my opinion.
It starts off strongly with some indoctrination before moving into basics of influencing people at the door and during studies (and back to indoctrination).
I feel a lot can be applied in reverse when associating with blindfaithers.
It references the 'Reasoning' book more then I like but I have a strong dislike for a publication that is soooooooo out of date.
