I am convinced that it is not permanent.

    Why?

An extra name is added to the baptismal vow as follows.

"Do you understand that your baptism identifies you as a Jehovah's Witness in association with God's Spirit Directed Organization"

When you are disfellowshipped the wild beast itself makes an announcement from the Kingdom Hall platform:

"[name of person] is no longer a Jehovah's Witness"

(page 154 "Organized to do Jehovah's Will)

They then shun you, they are no longer in association with you.

The wild beast itself recinds your vows and removes its mark.

Thank God I was baptized in the old days, before they added that creepy JW org phrase!!

I see the point the video is trying to make, but, imo, it's a little far-fetched to think baptism is the mark of the beast. That's just me though.
