While NORM is saying that the failed dates are a bad sign I am saying don't be too hasty. Failed dates may be a necessary evil to sustain zeal over the 120 years or so it takes to build a substantial religious organization. Although JW's may have a special role in long range scheme of things I don't believe they have a clue as to what that role really is.
