It would be cool to give them a short and simple reason with scriptural support.

    How about:

I no longer want to be a Jehovah's Witness because I want to obey Jesus Christ.

    Luke 21:8

He said: “Look out that YOU are not misled; for many will come on the basis of my

name, saying, ‘I am he,’ and, ‘The due time has approached.’ Do not go after them.

Depends the reason.............I can write a BOOK now of prophecies against what WT does and things it's not in harmony with just by copy and pasting scriptures and not adding a single word of personal input. If/when I da myself, or if in a committee for so called apostacy, etc, 'my' reason is purely biblical.
