My sweet BF took me to Carlo's Bakery...aka...CAKE BOSS (on TLC)!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If y'all are in the tri-state area (PA/NJ/NY) then it's definitely worth the trip - so much good food.

Looks great from the picture! I don't watch that show but I think I've seen it once or twice, I just confuse it with Ace of Cakes. Not sure which is which.

from what i have read, Carlos is the real deal, and ace of cakes is some dry garbage. people rave about carlos, but there are alot of complaints against the ace of cakes bakery.

Get a lobster tail...they are this croissant-like pastry filled with 'liquor' flavored whipped custard..OOOOOHHHHH! I swear, when I tasted that, I saw the baby Jesus floating over my head. It was THAT GOOD! LOL hahahahahahahaha
Ace of Cakes is in Baltimore, MD - but that cake is NASTY (very dry) although his presentation is nice. But Buddy's desserts TASTE as good as they look.
