Syl, I would sooner become a vegetarian or even a vegan before I eat any of that stuff, gross. Probably the most exotic foods I've eaten would be pigs feet and fried alligator, and bar-b-qued turtle.
I was watching a PBS cooking show recently and they were following an Italian street cook/vendor. He specialized in tripe, it sounds gross to me, but the way he was cooking it up and people were enjoying it, it made me want to try it.
