You'd make much more progress meeting someone if you go to local ex-jw meetups or something like that, or at least try to just meet "people". Trying to meet ex-jw women like this won't happen. One of the "ladies" might chime in shortly but I think the way this was approached would creep em out.

Have you tried Plenty of Fish or E-Harmony?
Flippers met that way.
