JAMES_SLASH- Very good thread ! I notice this also with my JW family that is still in. My 2 daughters 23 and 21 had to go on thyroid medication as they were worn out all the time . Both are regular pioneers , plus married to JW men. Lots of stress in their lives. My son who is a non-witness is 25 - leads a stress free life, grows an awesome organic garden and is healthy as a horse mentally, emotionally, and physically !

One JW nephew I have who is 30 yrs.old stopped attending meetings over a year ago. I have grown close to him. One statement he made to me was, " Uncle Flipper , I've decided to only let into my life people who show me unconditional love and who don't try to make me feel guilty about my life ! " I was so impressed by his outlook I just commended the hell out of him !

But the WT society absolutely sucks the joy and life right out of these people ! I would define the WT society as an emotional and psychological vampire
