I was at a function yesterday with some of my work colleagues. The hotel that hosted our function also hosted other functions yesterday, including a right-to-life/anti-abortion rally put on by Christian zealots in another banquet hall and in the hotel lobby, some of whom shoved offensive religious tracts in my face that showed the remains of a fetus post-abortion.
One of my colleagues took note of the LOUD chanting to rock music that was going on inside their banquet hall and declared "BRAINWASHING!!"
It really was quite disturbing. Even more disturbing than any District Convention that I ever attended.
