Actually I do know one guy was made MS after 2 years, then he got df'd again and he is not coming back as far as I know. That occured in the 1990's. I do not believe AGBM at all. He would have to have some responsibilities first before the elders recommend him to be MS. He would need to be tested to see if he will carry his duties faithfully or not.

there is no limit how many MS can be in any congregation. I know one congregation has 27 MS some years ago, maybe 10 or 15 years ago.

usually in each congregation, they have 10 MS or less.
