Inevitably some will hack into and get copies for the media and public. A similar development happened in the 1990s in Denmark. The invasion of privacy issue is a razorblade the WTS insists on holding to its own neck. Why the stupidity? Well, because it's for a kind of Book of Life, and things don't "just happen" - so they say.
