Southern Illinois...from about $2.82 to 2.85.
Last month, it was $2.69, so it must be time to jack up the price of oil again. I guess the oil companies need to pay their taxes or something...oh..wait.

$2.89 for regular unleaded was the cheapest I saw in Phoenix today.
I think that when it gets up there in price they trade off on who drives.
