What makes me happy is good 70s R&B music.......and no stress.

Listening to the 'oldies'. Snuggled in bed with a book on a rainy day. Doing something nice for someone else. Watching my kids when they're being goofy.

Being in the sun on a hot summer day and thinking about absolutely nothing! Hearing my kids laugh out loud in the other room. Walking through a clean house and having a great hair day! Reading an awesome book.

Rushing home from work and having just enough time to make supper before I run out the door to 5 meetings a week, waking up early on Saturday morning for field service, then up early on Sunday morning for another meeting, hanging around with a congregation of people who judge my every motive!!
No, wait............
What wildflower said - same for me! A good book, a sunny beach, an ice-cold wine cooler and my kids and honey next to me!
