Can you set up two accounts? Use one with your cousin and the other in apostate groups...

what hortenzie says, a second account would be easy to set up and you could keep things seperate.

I think I will just call her and let her know that being a friend on FaceBook might not be such a good idea right now. I think she would understand.

Update:
I decided to go ahead and accept my cousin as a friend on facebook. Stemming from that acceptance I've gained an additional two friends who are jws (one is another cousin). Hubby helped me set up what my cousin can and cannot see. Right now I'm just going with the flow and we'll see how this turns out.
