That's only if you are resurrected. Basically that means almost everyone who has ever lived will not have a penis or will have a vagina stuffed up with stucco, or something.
Those males who walk into Paradise WILL have a penis, however. But when the earth fills up with people, which it will quickly do when all the Non-Penis types are resurrected, those males will sadly watch their penises fall off, and the girls will watch their girl stuff get plugged up with stucco.
